Download an editable HTML file and send it to your customer. They can open it in a desktop browser, edit the plan offline, and use Share file to send their updated version back.
Includes the floorplan, guest names and notes. Send it only to the people you want to have those details. Email services may block HTML attachments; use your usual file transfer service, or send the fillable PDF instead.
Each file is a separate copy. Changes do not sync. “Save a copy” also downloads a smaller JSON file that opens through this app’s Open plan button.
Add furniture, then drag it into place. Select an item and drag a corner handle to resize it, or use Smaller / Larger. You can also enter its size and rotation. Add guests under the Guests tab and choose their tables.
Layouts are visual planning aids, not measured construction or fire-safety plans. Confirm dimensions and walkways with your venue.
